No it will not as it has only power of 2
To produce a zero unit digit power of five is also required hence 4^n can not end with 0

it can not end with digit zero because for ending with zero any number should in form
(2×5)^n but the factorisation of 4 is (2×2)^n
(2×5)^n but the factorisation of 4 is (2×2)^n
