The protons are positively charged, the electrons are negatively charged, and the neutrons are neutral. Therefore, all things are made up of charges. Opposite charges attract each other (negative to positive). Like chargesrepel each other (positive to positiveor negative to negative).

No because if any thing is positive then positive charge will be defected and the negative charge will be attracted and by the collision of negative and positive charge there will be a spark
