Not in normal conditions, Article 32 of the Indian costitution: Right to remedies is a heart & soul of the constitution according to the B.R.Ambedkar. This article provides for 5 types of writs to secure our fundamental rights.

But in case of National Emergency under Article 152 certain fundamental rights can be taken away by the government. Though even in that, there are few exceptions.
