No session court or district court can't change the decision of high court'ls. The reason is simple, high court is the highest court of appeal in a particular state while district courts are local courts made for a district. Since, high court has a higher level and power than district court, thus district court can't change the decision of high court.
Similarly, high courts can't change the decision of supreme court as it is the highest court of appeal in a country.
