• The election was always owned by institution revolutionary party.
• The people were forced to cast their vote only to institution revolutionary party.
• The government machinery forced the people vote to institution revolutionary party.
• Government teachers forced to parents and students, if they don't vote to Institution Revolutionary Party, then their children will be suspended or failed.
• They spent a lot of money during campaigning refers to PRI (Party of Revolutionary Institution).
• They also used unfair means to win the election.
• They created obstacles by shifting polling booth at the last moment.
• Media also worked features which considered democracy as the best government.
