Can the solution of copper sulphate be stored in an iron container

Hey mate your ans. is:

Yes but not quite all of it.A bit of the copper will be replaced by iron entering the solution and the copper will plate onto the inner surface of the container .When the iron is all coated , no more it can dissolved and replacement reaction stops. the copper coating will be thin ,so almost all of the copper content of the original solution will remain in it.

No, We cannot store copper sulphate in iron container because iron being more reactive will displace copper and will change to iron sulphate.
