Can the solution to a time-independent Schrödinger equation be considered as a limiting state?
Schrödinger's equation is differential equation explaining wave function and state of particles at quantum level.
Time independent equation is considered as a limiting state in cases when it's hard to say probabilities.
In general study it's correct, but at advanced level.. You can't say anything surely.
