an=500
d=a2-a
d=10-6
d =4
an=a+(n-1)d
500=6+(n-1)4
500-6=4(n-1)
494/4=n-1
49÷4 +1 =n
n= 494+ 4/ 4
n=498/4
so, 500 is not a term of the Ap
