Yes of course it can be;
T(n)=S(n)-S(n-1);
S(n)=14n,
S(n-1)=14n-14;
T(n)=14n-14n+14=14,
S(1)=T(1)=1+13=14;
Therefore it is a seq with a=14,d=0;
=>seq: 14,14,14,.........,14
T(n)=S(n)-S(n-1);
S(n)=14n,
S(n-1)=14n-14;
T(n)=14n-14n+14=14,
S(1)=T(1)=1+13=14;
Therefore it is a seq with a=14,d=0;
