can the value of z be same for two different numbers?

if the numbers are same.
if you want to put same constant but remember to put either small in one and caps in other

Technically, the answer depends on what you mean by z, if by convention you mean the atomic number of an element, then no, every element has a unique value of z, that shows the no of protons ( or electrons if the atom is in ground state ). So the answer to that question would be a no.
