Velocity can change without change in speed if we change the direction without changing the magnitude.

AkashLucky16: could u plz give an example for t
AkashLucky16: it*
Poorva15: Suppose a car is moving with a constant velocity 10m/s in north direction. After 10 seconds it turns in east direction but velocity remains 10m/s.
Poorva15: Here there is no change in speed
Poorva15: but change in velocity is 10*2^1/2 because direction changes

yes .we know that velocity of a particle s sum of speed and direction.so even though  the speed remains constant.direction will be.so the velocty can be changed.
for example if a car is travelling on a road while turning it decreases speed and makes speed to constant but the direction has..
