Velocity can change without change in speed if we change the direction without changing the magnitude.

Suppose a car is moving with a constant velocity 10m/s in north direction. After 10 seconds it turns in east direction but velocity remains 10m/s.
Here there is no change in speed
but change in velocity is 10*2^1/2 because direction changes

yes .we know that velocity of a particle s sum of speed and direction.so even though the speed remains constant.direction will be.so the velocty can be changed.
