Can the wings of butterfly and the wings of bat be considered homologous organ? Why or why not

yes its an homologous organ as it has an common ancestry as well as both does the same function of flying....

The wings of bat and butterfly are not homologous organs as they do not have same orgin and basic structure. Homologous organs are those organs which are similar in appearance, performs same function but do not have a common ancestor.
