Your answer is Yes!!

Positive work is done when the angle between force and displacement is ZERO.

Force acts in the direct of displacement.

Negative Work is done when the able between force and displacement is 180°.

Work Done is zero when displacement becomes Zero,

when the force applied on a body is unable to change the initial and final positions of the body.
