No there cannot b a democracy without apolitical freedom because if there is only one group ruling every year how can the people choose any representative. Democracy is for the people by the people and of the people so if there is know political freedom than people cannot choose there representative .

No, democracy cannot sustain without legislative and political freedom because if there is single organization governing the country how can the citizens choose their representatives and monarchy will dominate the country.. Democracy is for the people by the people and of the people so if there is no political freedom than citizens cannot sustain their rights which are given in democratic country by political representation.
