Existence of life on an other galaxy cannot be possible as the most common species the animals and the humans, need food and water to survive, which is difficult on any other planet or galaxy.

Also, It hasn't been proven that another species named ALIENS exist.

EXPLANATION:    

The universe is comprised of about 250 billion galaxies and many researches have done to find the possibilities of living in the nearby galaxies or in other galaxies.

Scientist have not found that existence but their prediction is too high that there is an existence of living things in galaxies. They may not be like humans but some other kind of creatures.
