Can this be a cause that the eclipses do not occur on each full moon or new moon day?​

Answer:

Lunar eclipse can occur only on a full moon night. But they do not happen every full moon night because Earth's orbit around the sun is not in the same plane as the moon's orbit around the earth. Eclipse occur only if the the sun, the earth and the moon come to lie in a straight line.
