Yes ! Transparency in National Policy can help us to  eradicate the corruption in big way . If we put  transparency filter at every level .we can curb the corruption . Like using E governance , less involvement  of government  & more governance . For every effective policy implement  there has to start to end monitoring & daily evolution need to be done . So we can keep the corrupt practices at bay . Also it help us to find  out what are the loopholes in the system . which need to be taken out immediately for successful implementation
