no because hcf divides the lcm completely.... in this case 175/15 leaves some remainder.. hence answer is no

No, two no can't have 15 as their hcf and 175 as their lcm because hs should be divisible by lcm but here hcf is not divisible by lcm as 175/15 =11.66
