I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that we, the residents of …….. locality, have been suffering a lot due to water logging in the streets, probably due to leakage of water from the underground pipelines or overflowing of water from the roadside drains. It is needless to mention that ,besides causing sufferings of the local people as well as the commuters, such water logging gives rise to growth of mosquitoes and other insects which are responsible for spreading several fatal diseases like Malaria, Dengue and various others.
