→Windows 8.1 - Single click to open items

→Open folders and files or launch apps in a single click under Windows 8.1!

To enable this feature:

→   Open the Control Panel > Folder Options > General tab.

 →  In the "Click items as follows" section, check "Single-click to open and item (point to select)".

→Click on Apply.
