can u please answer it step by step........the outer measure of the rectangular compound wall of a house are 20 m long, 15m broad, 5m high and 12 cm thick. Find the cost of the building the walls by using bricks of size 15cm × 10cm× 5cm where the rate of the cost of bricks is Rs. 2000 per 1000 bricks. 5 days is required for 4 labours to finish the work and the labour charge is Rs. 950 per day per labour...

Answer:

Here we will get;

  1. Volume of compound wall as 36,00,000 m³
  2. Volume of brick as 7.5m³
  3. Number of bricks needed as 64,000
  4. Cost of bricks as 1,28,000
  5. Cost for labours as 19,000
  6. Total cost needed to build the compound is 1,47,000

Step-by-step explanation:

  • First, we should find the volume of the compound wall of the house.
  • Then we should find the volume of one brick.
  • Now we should divide the volume of the compound wall with the volume of the brick.
  • And find the cost of bricks Rs,2000 per 1000 bricks.
  • And Calculate the labor's charge.

Volume  of the compound wall = 2000 * 1500 * 12

                                                   =3,60,00,000 cm

                                                   = 36,00,000 m³

Volume of 1 brick = 15 * 10 * 5

                             = 750 cm

                             = 7.5m³

Now dividing volume of compound wall with volume of brick = 36,00,000/7.5

= 3,60,00,000/75

=4,80,000cm³

∴48,00,000/75 = 64,000

Cost of the bricks is = 2000/1000

                                 = 2

∴64,000*2= Rs. 1,28,000

For 1 labour cost is= 950

For 4 labours cost is = 950*4=  3,800

For 5 days cost is = 3800*5= 19,000

Therefore total cost to do is = 1,28,000+19,000=1,47,000
