IN this poem the man is living in petushkee and he is such a muddle head hat he mixes up all his clothes..he wears his mittens on his toes and wears his coat inside out...he also wears his tie on his forehead and a pan on his head..he goes to a ticket office an asks for a cup of tea and bread..and goes to a cafe and asks for a ticket...he travels in a bus and says to the conductor to stop his CRAMWAY TAR [tramway car] as soon as they reach the station....he also sits in a carriage awaiting repairs..
