Can U Solve these 2 IQ Questions...

8+11 = ?

Q.2
In a forest,A bear is going to the river. When the bear was going he crosses 3 elephants, 27 monkeys, and 47 birds(going the opposite way). Then, how many animals were going to the river? And how many living things the bear crosses? And the last one, how many animals does the bear crossed?
