Since the bench is assumed to be frictionless the only forces acting on the system is the gravitational attraction. The attraction between boys and the earth is balanced by the normal reaction. But there is gravitational attraction between the boys.

As we know that

F = Gm₁m₂/r²

  = 6.67 x 10⁻¹¹ x 75 x 80 / 1²

  =  4.02 x 10⁻⁷ N

But however it is very small force there will be no appreciable change.
