Here's the answer:

First observe figure 1&2
Note the no.s in ascending order, say starting no. point as 'i'


The order of Increase in figure-1 and figure-2 is Anti clockwise from point 'i'.
So order of Increase is Anti-clockwise.

The point i moved clockwise from first figure to second figure.

In linear form, question is

11 18 22
44 ? 72

36-22= 14
22+36= 58
--> 58-14=44

18-11= 7
11+18=29
--> 29-7= 22

72-44= 28
