Here's a few things to help bust your stress-
+ Playing light music helps in calming and soothing the mind.
+ Drinking enough water helps in relieving stress.
+ Go outdoors and play or explore, breathe fresh air. This helps in reducing stress and anxiety and it also helps us get some exercise.Playing mobile games does not help as it is of competitive nature and you will get stressed if you loose the game.
+ Go have a walk or stroll when you are feeling down and stressed out as it helps you in taking your mind off the stress.
