Can u tell me what is the basic difference between a cell membrane and cell wall I need at least 3 points?????

cell wall is found in plant cell and cell membrane is found in animal cell.
cell wall is completely permeable whereas cell membrane is semi permeable.
cell is made up of cellulose whereas cell membrane is made up of lipids and proteins.

Also one of the differences can be that,cell wall is mainly dead in nature while cell memebrane on the irther hand, i totally alive and living.This difference is really imp as it also helps us to understand the going ons in isotonic and related concepts in osmosis chapter.
