Can u use a laboratory thermometer to measure the body temperature.

no because, the range of a laboratory thermometer is high generally from –10°C to 110°C, while as normal body temperature in humans is only 37°C.

Answer:

No we cannot use laboratory thermometer to check the body temperature because it doesn't have a kink which doesn't let the mercury to go down directly. So as soon as we remove the thermometer from the mouth, the mercury level with decreases and we will not get the accurate temperature.
