yes viral diseases can be prevented by vaccine

they can't stop the virus totally but they can prevent us for some more days

the vaccine just helps us by not effecting by virus

they are just keeping our body strong because if unfortunately we are effected by the virus the useful bacteria which is staying in our body from the vaccine fight with useless bacteria and prevent from it

so we use vaccine for the purpose of keeping our body strong and healthy
