Can water boil and freeze at the same time?

Water can change, reversibly , from: Solid ( ice ) -> to Liquid -> to Gaseous ( vapour) states and from vapor to water to ice , depending upon temperature and pressure.So water normally can not jump over from Solid ( ice ) to vapor ( as by boiling) state directly, unless the ice is exposed to very high vacuum. That can happens in the Space and other planets.So water can not stay at the same time in vapor and ice state.

it cannot occur atleast on earth.as the boiling point of water is 100 °c and melting point is 0°c.so practically not possible
