No,water doesn't move from hypertonic to hypotonic

Water generally moves from higher water potential to lower water potential

Hypertonic constitutes more solute potential which means less water potential,Hypotonic means less solute potential so more water potential

Hence water always moves from hypotonic to hypertonic medium..
