The following are the reasons for not adding the plastic coated paper in the vermicomposting:

Explanation:

  • The vermicomposting is a process of decomposition of plant matter like vegetables, dried leaves and others by the soil microbes, earth worms and fungi to produce a useable form of compost or natural manure.
  • In the plastic coating paper the paper was the only material which can be decomposed but plastic cannot so the complete decomposition of the plastic coating paper is not possible hence, vermicomposting is not possible.
