Here is your pathway into the Indian army if you have not taken Mathematics in 10+2. You may not be able to clear the NDA/NA examination after the 10+2 since there is an entire paper involving mathematics, you can wait for about three years until you are fit enough to apply for the combined defense services (CDS) exam after your graduation. Here you can only avail the OTA entry if you do not wish to attend the mathematics paper mandatory for the IMA. However you need not be disappointed. If you have an NCC C Certificate with minimum A or B grade and a degree you can avail the Ncc Spl Entry. Entry into the army is also available through JAG entry for law degree holders. If you are a post graduate you can also apply for the army’s AEC entry.
