Can we buy the share on the listing day of the IPO?
for example:- As we all know that happiest mind IPO is goin to list on the NSE and BSE on 17 sept so Can I buy the happiest mind shares on 17 sept as the Market opens i.e at 9:15 if it is possible then how and not possible then why?​
