water is a liquid and we can capture the liquid in containers but the sunlight is like air particles

Naah...of course no!
Light can never be caught by us atleast, it will keep on moving obviously.
But, we can capture the heat radiations which travel along the sunlight. But i will be soon lost too in the environment.
