Can we consider the blind and deaf useful members of society? Why or why not? ​

Yes of course

They are human beings...They have some or the other talent or they are good at something in their own way. For example they maybe good at giving out ideas to improve the society and development of the society. Deaf and blind people are also very smart, they can also improve the corrupt political system.

They can bring out lots of changes. And main factor we are lacking on is that we are teasing and criticizing them. This is bad, if we start encouraging these special people. They might bring something new.
