✔No china and mexico is can not be considered of free and fair election....becoz in china there was a committe ...if anybody want to stand in election or want to be candidate so he should first take permission from that committee if that committee give permissiom so he can but if committee doesnt give permission so he cant...so there is no fair choice for citizen....
