No we can't control nature.
When a human is born, it has the potential to go on and do so much more than any other animal can. It could grow up to make contributions to science, medicine, the arts etc, enriching not just it’s own life but the lives of all around them, human and non-human. Animals can make a difference, but not consciously and not on the same scale that humans can. In this respect, both humans and other animals have “worth”, but humans have much more worth than animals, making them more important.
So in summary, humans are more important than animals because of their imagination, intelligence and technology. I’d love to hear.
And the third question I don't know. Sorry

Here is your answer :-

It depends on what you mean by ‘nature’ and ‘control’. We as a species are usually not organized enough to make group decisions that one could say are consciously controlled. If you were to define control more loosely as all those actions taken consciously or not that reshape, nature, there is a much better argument to be had that we already do.
Now, in regards to ‘nature’, with weather, there is climate change, and with ecosystems, there is pollution, cities, and agricultural development . Here are a few nice sourced images to let this point hit home.
2)Humans have the power of imagination, and as far as I aware animals do not.
