so, first we should know that mutation is still possible.

mutation is a sudden change in genetic material or genes which can be due to different factors like radiations.

so.. it is possible to create mutants but the result of the mutation is generally unpredictable.
u can't get results like the marvel x- men movies.

mutation is a genetic change which also help in survival of species.

so.. it is possible to create mutants but not with superhuman abilities and it is totally illegal to do any mutation experiments on humans..

maybe that would be slightly different in future.
