Yes we can by 2025.some scientist will go to Mars. If they successfully established a living base there then the humans will think of establishment colonies in other planets and out the way in the milky way galaxy. After dominating the colonies in milky way galaxy human will think of other galaxies and then the whole universe. At lasr I am just saying that it is possible that human will make colony in other planets and other galaxies including our own milky way galaxy.
