second thing is that if you don't know how to boil it then these are easy steps
1 .on the gas
2.take a vessel with some amount of water.
3. dig the corn into the water.
4.add some salt to it.
wait until it's fully boiled..

It's not hard, but you need to grow more than one or two, because they are wind-pollinated and need each other's pollen.
I've never grown it for this reason. I think the minimum patch size is about 20 plants. You need to think big when you think of corn. As high as an elephant's eye, of course too. And they need 100% sun. No shade whatsoever.
Plants are spaced about one foot apart in rows; and the rows are about two and 1/2 feet apart. Three rows 10 feet long would be 30 plants. Clumps instead of rows work too, you'd thin them so that plants are about one foot apart.
