we can not apply uniform law to through out the world as ideology differs from person to person -state to state -country to country .

one the real and perfect cause is the religion .

different religions of the world having different types of laws for their followers viz.

if u r a Muslim and you will be asked not to eat the beef and eat that food which has not been slaughtered in the name of ALLAH and Hindus will b asked to eat the beef will they never .

so according to mine view it is quite impossible to impose the same laws to the whole universe if u can't apply the same law to the 2 state of the same country then how it is possible on the world wide!!!
