There is absolutely no reason not to wash your hair, take a bath, or showerduring menstruation. In fact, a nice warm bath can do a lot to relievemenstrual cramps and premenstrual tension.

yes... u can.. during menstruation the body gets heated up ! so to cool down your body u can have cold water head bath
