can we have surfaces with zero friction give reasons for your answer

no we can get reasonably close with air bearings ,magnetic levitation and other technologies but absolutely 0 friction would mean 0 interaction between 2 objects and there isn't any physical way to do that

This is not possible a surface can have zero friction.Newton said if a body is motion,it will be in motion ,if a body is in rest ,it will be in rest.Practically it is not true because a vehicle tends to stop. Friction is the cause behind this.Due to friction force,a body stops.
