Can we have two wires of same material and same thickness having equal resistance but with length in the ratio 2:1?​

That's a complicated question.

Resistance (R) varies with Material, Length, Area & Temperature.

You are keeping 3 things constant but you can change the 4th parameter.

So it is possible to keep length in the ratio of 2:1  & keep the R same by changing the temperature (That depends what material of wire we are talking about)
