Can we ignore quantisation of electric charge if so under what conditions?

quantisation of electric charges can be ignored..when the value of charge is a very large value such as 95925*10⁹².quantisation is only applicable for few 100's and 1000's

Electric charge of a body is quantized.

This means that only integral (1, 2, …., n) number of electrons can be transferred from one body to the other.

Charges are not transferred in fraction.

Hence, a body possesses total charge only in integral multiples of electric charge.
