Fire is a different beast in space than it is on the ground. When flames burn on Earth, heated gases rise from the fire, drawing oxygen in and pushingcombustion products out. In microgravity, hot gases don't rise. So an entirely different process, called molecular diffusion, drives flame behavior.

Answer:

No, combustion isnt possible in space.

Explanation:

Combustion requires three necessary items,

Sufficient supply of air

A combustible substance

there must be a simple ignition temperature

At space there is no air, hence combustion isnt possible
