Can we produce black light? If so then how?

Darkness or Black is the condition where there is no presence of light. So U cant produce black light. In a darkroom, any object emitting light in infrared or (UV) region of the spectrum is "black" to our eyes since we can not see those frequencies, but it is notblack as in absence of light.
