greetings are set to change at the following times:
Good Morning. 5:00 AM — 12:00 PM.
Good Afternoon. 12:00 PM — 5:00 PM.
Good Evening. 5:00 PM — 5:00 AM

No. There is a fix time of greeting people. Till 11:59 you can wish good morning. At 12:00 say Good noon. From 12:01 wish good afternoon.
