Can we say that a charged object attracts an uncharged object by first charging
it through induction? Explain your answer.​

Yes, we can say this by an experiment of hair comb.

when we comb our hair and let get this comb near tiny pieces of paper we show that tiny pieces of paper is get attracted toward comb because of induction in comb by hair.
